About Worthing ABC


Tucked just behind Worthing Train Station, Worthing ABC is an England Boxing–registered gym where anyone can put on a pair of gloves and feel at home. Joint head-coaches Mike and Harry, together with club chairman Clint Chapman , channel decades of experience into sessions that cater for complete beginners, seasoned amateurs and even boxers who’ve gone on to turn professional.

Our ethos is simple: hard work, mutual respect and a true family atmosphere. Whether you want to compete, boost fitness or build confidence, we provide structured coaching that meets you at your level and pushes you to the next.
